Customers utilizing AccuConference for their Conference Calls can simply login to their customer admin account on http://www.AccuConference.com/  and click on the link to view live calls.  You will be able to see who is on the call and where they are calling from.  You can lock the call if you want to make sure that your conference call is secure or just not allow people to join the call after it starts.  This is great feature to have when you want everyone to be on time.  Another great feature of the live online control panel is you can see who is making noise.  If you have a person that is on a cell phone and they are outside in the wind you can mute them so you don’t hear the background noise the wind produces.  Sometimes a participant gets another call or someone walks into their office and they put the conference on hold.  That is great as long as they don’t have hold music.  If the participant has hold music it will be played into the call and disrupt the call until the person is disconnected or they come back into the call.  With the online control panel that AccuConference provides you can see who is making the noise and mute their line or kick them from the call.  This allows you to move on and have a great conference call.
